Restaurant Rules

To ensure a pleasant and respectful experience for all our customers and our team, it is mandatory to read and accept the regulations below before entering the restaurant.

RESERVATIONS & DELAYS

* Delay of more than 15 minutes: Without a call from you, your table may be assigned to other waiting customers.

* 2-hour time limit: All reservations or walk-in are limited to 2 hours from the scheduled time, even in the event of a delay. It is important to understand that it is highly likely that a reservation will be made on your table two hours after your arrival time. Please also allow time to receive the food, after taking the time to read the menu. We are not responsible for your delay.

*Number of guests: The number indicated at the time of booking must include all guests, including children and babies. No guarantee of additional space if you arrive in larger numbers.

* Cancellation: All cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. A $10 fee per person applies for late cancellations or no-shows.

* Table or bench request: We do our best to assign the table or bench you want, but this cannot be guaranteed.

* Table change upon arrival: Not guaranteed, subject to availability.

* Prices & times: Our prices and times are subject to change without notice.

* Kitchen hours: The kitchen closes 1 hour before the restaurant closes, or earlier depending on the number of people.

LAYOUT & MATERIALS

* Moving tables or chairs: Prohibited without staff authorization.

* Objects from other tables: It is forbidden to take cutlery, glasses or napkins from other tables.

* Decorations: All decorations are strictly prohibited in the establishment.

CONSUMPTION & ALLERGIES

 

* Outside food and drinks: Strictly prohibited in the establishment.

* Food allergies:

* The restaurant assumes no responsibility for any allergic reaction whatsoever.

* It is mandatory to report any allergies at the time of ordering.

* Despite our vigilance, we do not guarantee the absence of traces of allergens.

* No measures or precautions taken in the kitchen can guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

*Anyone with allergies consumes at their own risk.

* Out of stock: Some dishes may no longer be available, even during service.

CHILD SAFETY

* Children must remain seated at the table under constant adult supervision.

* It is forbidden for anyone, regardless of age, to run or move around aimlessly in the restaurant in order to ensure everyone's safety.

* The restaurant declines all responsibility in the event of an accident, injury or damage caused to a child or any other person inside the establishment.

* Parents or guardians are entirely responsible for the supervision and behavior of their children. The restaurant disclaims all liability for incidents occurring within the establishment.

ADULT SAFETY

* It is forbidden for anyone, regardless of age, to run or move around aimlessly in the restaurant in order to ensure everyone's safety.

* The restaurant declines all responsibility in the event of an accident, injury or damage caused to an adult inside the establishment.

* Each customer is responsible for their own behavior and safety while in the restaurant. The restaurant disclaims any liability for incidents occurring within the establishment.

PREVENTION OF ACCIDENTS & BURNS

* Hot items: Please do not touch any dishes, plates, objects, or containers served without prior notice from the staff. Some items may be extremely hot and cause burns.

* Hot or Cold Liquids: The restaurant declines all responsibility for burns or injuries caused by hot or cold liquids, whether by spillage or contact.

* The restaurant declines all responsibility for burns or injuries caused by handling hot objects or liquids served. Customers consume at their own risk.

* Broken dishes or spilled liquid: Please report any incidents immediately to the staff. However, the restaurant declines all responsibility in the event of cuts or falls related to these incidents.

* General safety: Please remain vigilant when moving around, especially around servers.

RESPECT & RESPONSIBILITY

* Damage or theft: Writing, engraving, or stealing restaurant property is strictly prohibited. These acts may result in immediate expulsion and prosecution.

* Behavior: Any aggressive, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior toward the team or other customers will result in immediate expulsion.

* The restaurant declines all responsibility in the event of falls, injury, theft, breakage of equipment or damage caused by non-compliance with these regulations.

* The restaurant also declines all responsibility in the event of theft, damage to equipment or personal injury occurring inside the establishment.

GROUND RISKS

*The restaurant declines all responsibility for falls, slips or injuries caused by wet floors, debris or any other obstacles on the floor inside the establishment.

*Please be vigilant when moving around the restaurant.

RIGHT OF ACCESS & REFUSAL

* The receptionist reserves the right to refuse access to a customer, without having to consult a manager. This right is exercised in the event of non-compliance with the rules, inappropriate behavior, excessive delay, or any other reason deemed reasonable by the staff.

VIDEO & SECURITY

* Video surveillance: The establishment is under video surveillance to ensure everyone's safety.

* Ambiance recording: Videos or photos may be taken for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear, please let us know upon arrival.
